WOD:
Deadlift to a heavy set of 3 then...
Prowler Challenge:
Number of sprints/walks- 10
Distance- 50m
Rest- As needed
You will push the Prowler 50 meters with the low handles. You will then turn around and push the prowler back with the high handles. This will count as 2 pushes of the prowler. You will rest as needed then add weight and do it again for a total of 10 pushes of the prowler.
