Teams of two:

400m run
60 Hollow Rocks
60 Jump Squats
40 Hollow Rocks
40 Jump Squats
20 Hollow Rocks
20 Jump Squats
400m Run

Only one team member working at a time during the movements.  Break them up and split the load.
